how do i get prints of my photos?
Included in every session is a print release so that you can buy prints from wherever, whenever, instead of through me. That being said-- I definitely recommend ordering prints through a professional printer as the difference in quality is noticeable. Ask me about pricing for prints if you're interested!
what should we wear to our shoot?
Ask me for an outfit guide & I'll shoot one your way! But for basic rules: don't wear things with big ugly logos, try not to clash too horrendously with one another, and make sure what you wear is totally you & expresses that. I also double as a stylist (not really, but I do know what looks good in photos) so I'd love for you to send me what you're thinking about wearing to our session and I'll help you decide what would be best together and at our location.
do we get all of the photos? can we have the raws?
Yes! You get all of the photos that best represent your session or wedding day-- minus the blurry photos, the ones where little Johnny just spit up on mom (well, maybe we keep a few of those...), the photos where everyone even including the dog is blinking, etc. Depending on how our session or the day went, average number of photos will vary, but after looking at different galleries you will be able to know what to expect. I have never had someone feel like they didn't receive enough, in fact, more often than not they don't know what to do with so many photos! RAW photos are not distributed, which is pretty much industry standard as you'd have to pay thousands for copyright.
can i see a full gallery?
Of COURSE. And while you're at it, look at a few more so you can get a feel for how our session will go or how your wedding gallery will look as the day progresses. Just ask me if you can see some galleries from whatever type of session you're wanting, and if you'd like to chat with the clients from those galleries I can put you in touch as well.
do you do destination weddings or elopements? where are you located?
I am located in the USA (Utah to be exact) and I absolutely do destination weddings & elopements. I have friends & photographer/wedding vendor contacts all over the globe and have lived in 6 different countries, so traveling and destination weddings are no big deal. I also speak fluent Spanish. Pricing differs for destination weddings or elopements but depending on where they are they may be discounted. I'm looking at you, Provence!
are you religious?
Many people notice either from my social media or background that I am religious. I have been incredibly lucky and blessed in this life, and it doesn't end at my job. The experiences and miracles I've witnessed have been something I hold so dear, and Jesus Christ has made everything I have possible for me. He is my Saviour, He is my brother, He is my Redeemer and I love Him with all of my heart. Because of Jesus Christ's example and the way my parents raised me, I love those of ALL different faiths, backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities and sexual orientations. In this divided world and political climate I think it is important to note that I am LGBTQ+ friendly, and more than happy to accommodate the needs and traditions of the incredible clients I have.
